Kristin Todd

President and CEO, NoCo Foundation

Prior her role at NoCo, Kristin was Executive Vice President at the Daniels Fund, where her participation in the executive leadership team contributed to oversight of a significant philanthropic foundation with assets exceeding $1.5 billion. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at El Pomar Foundation from January 1996 to April 2003, focusing on grantmaking and communications.

Kristin is a strategic and innovative thinker, focused on solving complex community challenges through authentic partnerships. She thrives on being a hands-on, engaged partner working side-by-side with business and community leaders to develop high-impact solutions to community issues. In 2024, Kristin was recognized by BizWest as Northern Colorado’s Nonprofit Executive of the Year and, in March 2025, she was named one of Northern Colorado’s top 10 business leaders. Kristin holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences from the University of Georgia. She lives in Fort Collins with her husband, John, and 13-year-old son, Charlie.
