Our New Location

2101 E. 48th Ave, Denver, CO 80216

Come see us at 48th and Vine Street.

If you have any questions or want to see our new home, call us at 303-458-5302.

With over 25 years of serving as the trusted health provider in our community, Tepeyac is growing again! Responding to rapid growth and changes in the Elyria-Swansea North Denver area, Tepeyac will be the health home for the medically underserved providing full spectrum high-quality care for the whole patient and the entire family.

Our new facility we will be able to triple the number of patients we can serve. This location at 48th and Vine will be co-located with 150 units of affordable housing and include more than 5,000 square feet for fresh food providers.

We are creating a model for what the community health clinic of the future can be – a single location, close to public transportation, and with multiple services under one roof.

If you have Medicaid and you don’t have a way to get to and from your covered healthcare services and appointments, you may be able to get a free ride. This service, called Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT), is not for emergencies. If you are having an emergency, call 911. If you need a ride and live in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, or Weld County: Call IntelliRide at 855-489-4999 (toll free) (State Relay 711). Or go to Gointelliride.com/Colorado.

You can contribute to our new location!

Your Gift Will Make a Lasting Community Impact

By addressing health disparities and improving health outcomes, Tepeyac is contributing to a healthier, more productive community.

In addition, our new project is inspiring other businesses to invest in our community by:

  • Creating an additional 25-50 permanent full-time jobs, one-third of which will be available to lower-income residents for entry-level and clinical support staff.

  • Creating at least 6-8 additional jobs in providing fresh food and 100 construction-related jobs in the first phase of development

When you support us, you support a new vision that works for hardworking families on the frontline of healthcare
