How to create a new account:
Visit our patient portal page and click “Enroll Now” at the bottom of the page. You can also download the Healow App in the Apple or Google Play Store. Use practice code AFCCCA to create a Tepeyac account.

Enter your name, birth date, and phone number, and hit submit. If Healow is not able to find your patient record, please call our team at 303.458.5302.

You will receive a verification code to the cell phone number you provided. Once you’ve entered that code and agreed to the terms and conditions, you can create your login credentials.

And you’re ready to go! Use the Healow App to request appointments and prescriptions, view records, check lab results and more. You can even link your children’s accounts so you can access them in one place!
