Tepeyac provides low-cost primary and preventive care at its clinic. All paid clinic providers and staff that deliver services directly to patients are completely bilingual, and all volunteer providers possess some level of Spanish fluency. In addition to general primary care services, patients have access to a number of high-quality, evidence-based programs to support their health and wellness.

  • Screening and enrollment for Medicaid, including presumptive eligibility and CHP+ enrollment

With the expansion to our new home on 48th and Vine, we are now able to offer more procedures, including:

  • Biopsies

  • Toenail removals

  • Nexplanon removals

  • Aspirationz

  • Vasectomy

  • Skin tag removals

  • We also offer ultrasounds in our procedure rooms. Full radiology and ultrasound are also available on site.

  • Tepeyac Community Health Center has a coordinated care team prepared to care for individuals of all ages with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Our disability care specialist, Dr. Martin, and our pediatrician, Dr. Marcantonio, have extensive experience providing medical care for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, all of Tepeyac’s providers have also completed disability competency trainings. We offer integrated case management, behavioral health, nursing, and pharmacy teams to connect you with services, assist with therapy, and ensure you have access to the medications you need. We can also assist with home healthcare forms and referrals, referrals to specialty services, and disability waiver applications.

    Our clinic is ADA compliant and accessible. We have assistive technology for wheelchair users, including:

    • Hoyer lift

    • Wheelchair scale

    • ADA accessible exam tables

    • Automatic doors
