More than 100,000 Coloradans are at risk of losing their Medicaid coverage in 2027, including 10% of Tepeyac patients.
At Tepeyac Community Health Center, losing health insurance doesn't mean losing healthcare. Tepeyac is committed to providing care for everyone who walks through our doors, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
That includes patients like Elena. When Elena came to Tepeyac, she complained of cramps in her stomach. After further testing, we discovered a tumor in her uterus that was over 9 inches long.
"Obviously, hearing the word tumor, all of us at home got scared. Tepeyac explained everything to me in simple terms, and referred me to a hospital. They removed the tumor, and from there, I had another chance at life."
Every donation directly supports patients like Elena, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to the care they need.
As Medicaid changes go into effect and more families turn to Tepeyac for care, we need your support:
$50 gives a patient the care they need to manage diabetes and stay strong for their kids.
$100 keeps a family of four healthy with annual wellness exams, giving kids a strong start and parents peace of mind.
$500 provides six dental visits, relieving pain, restoring confidence, and preventing serious infections.
$1,000 provides prenatal care and lifesaving support for pregnant patients and their babies.
$5,000 covers 200 behavioral appointments, ensuring our community has access to critical mental health resources.
$10,000 brings medical care to 400 community members, keeping families healthy and out of the ER.
Thank you for being a Champion of Community Health.
