Tepeyac Adds On-Site Physical Therapy Services Through New Partnership with RegisCARES

We are excited to announce that beginning August 25, Tepeyac patients can access physical therapy services right here at our Vine Clinic through a new partnership with RegisCARES!

Until now, patients needing physical therapy often had to travel to appointments elsewhere in Denver. This new partnership brings that essential service into a familiar, convenient setting and makes it easier for our patients to get the care they need.

Making Physical Therapy Easier to Access

RegisCARES is a community-based physical therapy clinic operated by Regis University and staffed by licensed physical therapists who also serve as faculty in the University's School of Rehabilitative and Health Sciences.

As RegisCARES expands access to physical therapy services throughout the Denver community, they are partnering with Tepeyac to provide convenient, on-site care for our patients.

A bilingual physical therapist will provide services at the Vine Clinic on Tuesdays and every other Monday.

Patients must get a referral through their Tepeyac primary care provider to be eligible for physical therapy services. Patients will then contact RegisCARES directly to schedule appointments, make payments, and manage cancellations or other scheduling needs.

Meet Your Physical Therapist: Garrett J. McMurtry, PT, DPT

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Garrett J. McMurtry to Tepeyac through this partnership.

Garrett graduated from Regis University in May 2026 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His clinical experiences span a variety of settings, from the UCHealth emergency department to rural outpatient orthopedic clinics.

Garrett also completed the Regis Global Health Program, which emphasized social determinants of health, interprofessional collaboration, and global health. As part of the program, he participated in an immersion experience in Guatemala, providing physical therapy services in both English and Spanish to rural communities.

RegisCARES accepts most major private insurance plans and offers competitive pricing compared with local private practices. Clients paying out of pocket receive a discounted rate. Accepted plans include:
