Health Cooking Classes at Tepeyac

2023 Cooking Matters Cohort

Tepeyac Community Health Center is happy to bring back our free 6-week course teaching adults how to prepare and shop for healthy, low-cost meals. The course is called ‘Cooking Matters.’ 

Each week, we will offer a morning session and an evening session at Tepeyac. The morning and evening sessions reflect the same class material. You are welcome to attend whichever session works best for you. To graduate from Cooking Matters, you must attend at least 4 of the class sessions. 

Tepeyac Community Health Center will be hosting cooking matters classes on the following dates:  

  • February 7, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm  

  • February 21, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm  

  • February 28, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm  

  • March 6, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm  

  • March 13, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm  

  • March 20, 2024 from 9am-11am, 5:30pm-7:30pm
